I Need A Massage!
I just spent two hours at my son's elementary school helping to dig up the old plants and replace them with new ones.  Although I only worked two hours, my hands are cut up, my back is sore and I feel like a truck hit me.  Since all the good massage therapists I know are currently writing blogs (tee-hee-hee) I'm going to have to soak in some warm water and get a good night's sleep.  Tomorrow could be rough!Yell

Scratch Off Coupons

I had a funny idea to help promote my massage practice.  I thought I'd create a "scratch-off" coupon and put it on my website.  You see, the "funny" part about it would be that since it's a scratch-off coupon, you can't scratch it off because it's on the computer.  Funny right?

Well, not really.  I think we can all think of one or two people who would actually try to scratch off their computer screen just to get at the coupon.  And the results of that would be, to say the least, really bad.

So I'm only sharing this silly idea with the people I know who wouldn't actually take a coin to their are one of those people, right?  :-)

Big Massage Changes

Exciting News!  Ok, it's probably not a really big thing, but it does involve money, so it becomes a big thing.  For over five years, I've used 100% cotton sheets in my massage practice.  And due to the increase in massage clients (thanks to all of you you!)  I need to replace all of my sheets.  So when it comes to spending money, I try to be careful and do what I think most of my clients will want.  And so I did.

I"ve ordered new sheets, but now they are flannel!  Yes, that's the BIG news.  I bought flannel sheets.  (Insert cricket chirps and tumble weeds rustling in the wind)

Now as a massage therapist, you either make-it or brake-it with your sheets, so this was no small time decision.  I've had massages on both plain cotton and flannel, and flannel beats plain sheets hands down.  So flannel it is.

Hopefully my next blog will not be as exciting as this one.  Yes, you will have to take a few moments to catch your breath to fully recover from this dramatic news.  And to help you fully recover, you might want to find a great massage therapist to help you relax...hopefully one with flannel sheets.Laughing
