Massage Therapy and Trampolines. Do They Mix?
I should have known better.  Last night, I went with my son's Cub Scout pack to an indoor trampoline center.  It was a building about the size of a Costco store, filled with giant trampolines.  They even had trampolines on the walls!
Eventhough it looked fun, I knew that I had a full day of massage sessions lined up for the following day.  But should I just try one of the trampolines?  Surely a couple of bounces won't hurt me.  So off I went with my son.

One hour later....and several hundred jumps, bumps and bruises later, our time at the trampoline center is over.  It's time to go home.  It's also time to try to start walking again.  Ouch!

Fast forward to today.  I woke up and was actually able to get out of bed!  Even better, I was able to get all my Saturday sessions in and really do a great job!  But now, as I sit here typing, I'm beginning to feel "it."  The jumps, bumps and bruises are beginning to let me know that they are there, and that they are coming on fast.  Now the big question is....will I be able to get out of bed tomorrow?
