Acupressure For Shoulder and Neck Pain

If you ever get minor
shoulder and neck pain, here’s a great self massage tip that might just help.
There’s a small
area just between your wrist and “pinky” bone that Chinese body workers have named “Small Intestine #4.”
According to ancient Chinese acupressure theory, pressing on SI 4 can help relieve stiffness in the head and neck and help
relieve shoulder pain.
On most people this area of the wrist is a little tender, so be careful to use light pressure. Press and hold for about 30 seconds.
